LEGO Set Review - 40358 - Bean there, Donut that
Set spesial yang hanya dapat diperoleh eksklusif dari departemen store Target di Amerika Serikat ini cukup menarik minat dari berbagai kalangan hobbyist LEGO®. Hanya sayangnya set ini hanya tersedia di Target Amerika Serikat. Target di negara lain seperti Australia misalnya tidak menjualnya. Sehingga cukup banyak hobbyist LEGO® yang kecewa. Pengarang beruntung karena bisa mendapatkannya dengan menitip kepada saudara dari istri yang sedang kuliah di Amerika. Mari kita lihat seperti apa set ini.
This special set that can only be acquired from Target Department Store in the United States piqued so many interest from the AFOL. Unfortunately, this set is only available from US-Target. Target in other country such as Australia does not carry it which make sizeable number of AFOL disappointed. The author is lucky to be able to get it from his wife relative that is studying in the States. Let us see what this set looks like.
Terdapat 4 minifigure dan 1 figure anjing dalmatian. Minifigure terdiri dari seorang dokter, seorang pelayan kopi (barista), pekerja konstruksi dan seorang pengusaha. Minifigure yang memiliki dua muka hanyalah pelayan kopi.
There are 4 minifigures and 1 dalmatian figure in this set. Those minifigures consist of a doctor, a waitress (barista), construction worker and a businessman. The only minifigure with the dual face is the waitress.
Yang harus dirakit terdiri dari 4 elemen. Kedai kopi, iklan kopi, meja bulat, tong sampah dan sepeda. Empat komponen merupakan rakitan yang mudah hanya menggabungkan beberapa komponen. Hanya kedai kopinya yang sedikit lebih rumit dari 4 elemen lainnya. Kedai kopi memiliki mesin kopi dan juga meja putar yang memajang bervariasi kue donut dan pie.
The physical build itself consists of 5 different elements. The coffee stand, the coffee ads, the round table, rubbish bin and bicycle. Four of the elements are all very simple builds of just attaching several parts together. Only But the coffee stand is a bit more complex than the 4 elements. The coffee stand have a coffee machine as well as rotating table that display a variety of donuts & pie selection.
Set ini setelah dirakit dan dipajang terlihat menarik dan akan cocok untuk digunakan pada diorama kota LEGO®. Seperti terlihat pada foto di atas, anda bebas menyusun adegan yang sesuai dengan apa yang anda inginkan. Set ini menurut mirip dengan minifigure starter set pada tema LEGO® City.
After assembly and being displayed, this set looks attractive and suitable to be combined with LEGO® diorama. Like what you can see from the photos above, you can freely arrange the scene to your liking. This set is similar with the minifigure starter set that usually provided in the LEGO® City theme.
Secara keseluruhan, set ini harganya sesuai menurut pengarang. Pengecualian adalah untuk hobbyist LEGO® yang memiliki banyak stok komponen LEGO® sehingga mereka bisa dengan mudah mereplikasi set ini. Hanya mungkin mereka tidak bisa menduplikasi minifigurenya sama persis karena beberapa komponen minifigurenya cukup langka. Dan apabila anda menyadarinya, penamaan set ini merupakan permainan kata-kata dari ekspresi Bahasa Inggris ‘Been there done that’.
Overall, this set is worth the price for the author. Otherwise, for AFOL people that have a lot of parts, they can just replicate this set. The only problem is they might not be able to easily duplicate the exact minifigures since some of the minifigure parts are rare. If you noticed, the naming of this set is a pun of the expression ‘Been there done that’.
