Sejak kelas 4 SD, lalu mengoleksi lebih serius sejak 2014.
Since on primary 4, then I started to collect seriously since 2014.

Waktu kecil ayah yang mengenalkan saya dengan produk LEGO®, menurut beliau LEGO® adalah mainan yang edukatif, bisa mengasah logika dan menumbuhkan kreatifitas bebas.
When I were a kid, my father introduced to LEGO®, he thought that LEGO® is an educative toy and can sharpen logic and increase freedom in creativity.
Di mana anda memajang LEGO® yang sudah dirakit?
(Where do you display your assembled LEGO®?)
Beberapa dipajang disalah satu ruangan di rumah, hanya biasanya setelah dirakit kemudian disimpan dalam plastik dan disimpan dalam kontainer/dus.
Some are displayed inside one of the room in my house, but after assembly I put them inside plastic bags and store them into container/box.

(You are also a MOC-er. What make you inspired to create a MOC?)
Karena saya sering merakit bentuk tanpa instruksi dari set atau instruksi lain, saya sering dikelompokan sebagai MOC-er. Pada dasarnya saya gemar mengkreasikan sesuatu dari suatu bahan/barang menjadi bentuk yang lain. Dengan LEGO® yang memiliki beragam bentuk parts, kegemaran tersebut bisa disalurkan. Hal yang saya nikmati dari LEGO® adalah prosesnya yaitu moment merakitnya.
Because I often assemble build without instruction, I always categorised as a MOC-er. In fact I like to create something from parts into another form. With LEGO® that have various parts, this hobby can be realised. Thing that I enjoy from LEGO® is the process which is the moment where I assemble them.

Berapa lama waktu yang biasanya dihabiskan untuk membuat sebuah MOC?
(How long does it take you to build a MOC?)
Tergantung ukuran dan kerumitannya juga tergantung waktu dan mood. Bisa hanya beberapa jam atau beberapa hari atau beberapa minggu.
Depends on the size and complexity as well as time and mood. Can be just in few hours or several days or several weeks.

Biasanya diajak untuk berpartisipasi oleh Komunitas AFOL. (bbrp event : Chinesse (Hotel de Java Bandung), Paskal 23 (Bandung); New Year Event Fam Go Fest – Bricks4kidz (ICE BSD); Brick, Bricks and Bricks 2018 (LCS Citos); Brick live 2018 (PIK Avenue); Dunia Bricks (Balai Kartini) Big Bang 2017-2018 (JIExpo Kemayoran).
Usually I am asked to participate by the AFOL Community. Menyediakan parts LEGO® (pick a brik) yang lebih beragam (maklum MOC-er J J ) dan membuka store di Bandung lagi.
Provide more variety on LEGO® parts on pick a brick (you know, I am a MOC-er) and open a new store in Bandung again.
Kota ciptaan anda semua merupakan MOC untuk bangunannya. Berapa jam kira-kira total durasi kota MOC tersebut dirakit?
(All of the building in your city diorama are MOCs. How many hours approximately, do you spend your time to build them?)
Untuk MOC kota saya, saya lupa berapa lama waktu yang saya habiskan untuk merakitnya karena MOCnya yang dibuat satu per satu dan sebagian untuk ikut display komunitas. Tapi sepertinya bisa diselesaikan kurang dari satu bulan.
For my city MOC, I forget the time spent to assembly them since I built the MOC one by one and half of them is for the LEGO® community display. But I think I can build them in less than a month.

Pengalaman yang paling menyenangkan dan seru adalah kesempatan display LEGO® bersama MOC-er lain, dari situ bisa banyak belajar dari para MOC-er hebat. Pengalaman seru dan menyenangkan lainnya adalah pergi ke LEGO® House Billund Denmark dan sepasang MOC Ondel-Ondel Brickheadz saya diserahkan ke LEGO® House.
The most fun and exciting experience is when I have the chance to display my LEGO® creation with other MOC-er and from there I can learn a lot from all of those great MOC-er. My other exciting and fun experiences was when I visited LEGO® House in Billund Denmark and had my pair of Ondel-Ondel [puppets used for folk performance in Jakarta] Brickheadz MOC handed to the LEGO® House.

Wah! Bisa diceritakan bagaimana kisahnya Brickheadz ondel-ondel karya anda bisa dipajang di LEGO® House di Billund?
(Wow! Can you tell us the story how you can get the ondel-ondel Brickheadz to be displayed in LEGO® House Billund?)
Jadi cerita si ondel-ondel itu sebetulnya suatu kebetulan. Saya dan suami beberapa kali ke Denmark, tapi belum sempat aja ke Billund karena Billund tempatnya agak jauh dari Copenhagen sekitar 3 jam, dan bukan tempat liburan populer bagi orang Indonesia. Akhirnya, tahun lalu (2019) kami sengaja ke Billund mengunjungi LEGOLAND dan ke LEGO® House. Saya biasa selalu bawa LEGO® kalau berpergian agak lama, kalau dulu cuma bawa minifigure dan aksesoris minfig untuk foto-foto. Tapi belakangan saya sering bawa Brickheadz MOC, karena bisa buat foto-foto juga.
Waktu ke LEGO® house, beberapa kali saya foto sambil pegang ondel-ondel atau objeknya ondel-ondel backgroundnya aktivitas di LEGO® House. Kemudian ada pegawai di sana yang melihat, lalu bertanya saya dari mana, waktu dia tahu dari Indonesia pegawai tersebut menyebutkan tidak banyak orang Indonesia berkunjung ke LEGO® House. Lalu dia melihat-lihat MOC ondel-ondel saya. Setelah itu dia bertanya apakah saya mau ketemu salah satu supervisor di LEGO® House. Tentu saja saya bersedia. Kemudian saya diminta masuk ke ruang kantor LEGO® House, dan bertemu dengan Willy Christensen.
Well, the story how the ondel-ondel end up in Billund is a coincidence. My Husband and I had been to Denmark for a couple of time, but we never been to Billund because it is located quite far from Copenhagen (3 hours) and it is not a famous destination for Indonesian. Finally, last year on 2019, we went to Billund to visit LEGOLAND and the LEGO® House. I usually bring my LEGO® if I travel quite long. In the past I only brought minifigures and their accessories for photo shoot. But recently, I often bring my Brickheadz MOC because I can take some photo with it.
When I went to LEGO® house, I took some photos of myself holding the ondel-ondel or the ondel-ondel with LEGO® house activities in the background. Then the staff there saw me and asked where I came from. When the staff found out that I came from Indonesia, the staff mentioned that LEGO® house do not receive many visitors from Indonesia. The staff then looked at my ondel-ondel MOC. Afterwards, the staff asked whether I would like to meet with one of the supervisor in LEGO® house. Of course I agree. Then I was asked to go inside their office and met with Willy Christensen.

Willy kemudian menanyakan nama saya, dan apa benar saya dari Indonesia. Setelah itu dia melihat ondel-ondel yang masih saya pegang dan dia langsung bertanya itu MOC apa. Saya menjelaskan bahwa ini adalah MOC ondel-ondel, boneka tradisional khas Indonesia khususnya dari Jakarta. Saya juga minta dia untuk googling. Waktu dia menemukan ondel-ondel di Internet dia tanya-tanya tentang ondel-ondel, saya jawab sebisanya. Lalu dia tanya apa saya bisa buat ondel-ondel lagi. Saya bilang bisa, lalu saya dengan bercanda mengatakan kalau ondel-ondel ini mau disimpan di sini silahkan dengan senang hati. Dia lalu memastikan lagi apa saya bisa membuatnya kembali.
Nah begitu cerita akhirnya si ondel-ondel bisa berakhir di LEGO® House. Waktu saya akan pulang, Willy bertemu saya lagi buat memberikan sigfig miliknya lengkap dengan namanya. Waktu di perjalanan pulang saya browsing nama Willy, ternyata dia salah seorang senior designer di LEGO®.
Willy then asked for my name and whether I really came from Indonesia. After that he looked at the ondel-ondel that I still held and he asked what type of MOC was that. I explained to him that this is ondel-ondel MOC, a traditional puppet from Indonesia especially Jakarta. I asked him to google. When he found ondel-ondel on Internet, he asked me several questions about it and I answered as far as I can. Then he asked whether I can create another ondel-ondel. I said I can and jokingly I said if they want to keep the ondel-ondel in LEGO® House then I will gave it away. Finally, he made sure that I can still able to create it.
Well, that is the story how the ondel-ondel MOC ended in LEGO® House. When I was going out from LEGO® House, Willy met me again and gave me his sigfig complete with his name on it. On my way back, I browsed his name and Found out that he is one of the senior designer at LEGO®.

Apapun yang terjadi di dunia per-LEGO®-an, teruslah play well with LEGO® karena LEGO® itu selalu mengajak “leg godt: play well”.
Whatever happen in the LEGO® world, just keep playing with LEGO® because LEGO® always invite to “leg godt” play well”.

Apapun profesi yang kita jalani, memiliki sebuah hobi adalah hal yang bisa menyeimbangkan. Misal dengan merakit satu persatu parts LEGO® akan ada dunia tersendiri yang bisa menyeimbangkan diri dari rutinitas pekerjaan yang seringkali menimbulkan tekanan-tekanan tersendiri.
Whichever your profession is, having a hobby is a good thing for balance. Like assembling LEGO® parts one by one, you will feel to be in a different world that can balance yourself from the work routines that always bring up pressure to you.

Teh Putie benar-benar seorang MOC-er yang andal. Dia bisa membuat beragam MOC mulai dari Brickheadz yang sangat banyak diciptakannya, diorama kota, hingga beragam model MOC seperti makanan. Putie juga membuat MOC dari rumah yang ditinggalinya dan terlihat sangat mirip! MOC kotak coklatnya juga terlihat realistis. Pengarang sampai mulutnya ternganga saat melihat hasil karyanya. Selain LEGO® dirinya juga mengoleksi Tumbler. Dirinya sudah pernah mengunjungi LEGO® House, sebuah kuil impian dari para penggemar LEGO®! Dan bahkan Brickheadz miliknya dapat ditemukan di sana dan dia juga mendapatkan sigfig dari salah satu senior desainer LEGO®. Putie is really an amazing MOC-er. She can create various MOC starting from Brickheadz which she created a lot, city diorama, and various MOC models such as food. She also create MOC of the house she lives in and it looks so similar! Her chocolate box MOC also looks so realistic. The author is dumbfounded when looking at her creations. Beside LEGO® she also collects Tumblers. And she has visited LEGO® House, the holy shrine of AFOL! And even had her Brickheadz creation can be found there and she received sigfig from one of the senior LEGO® designer. Keep and treasure it since it worth more than gold!
